The London Bees Women’s Team Performance Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality performance analysis to support player development and enhance coaching practice within the women’s first team environment. Working closely with the coaching staff and wider multidisciplinary team, the postholder plays a key role in informing performance insights, opposition analysis, and player feedback processes. The role ensures all analysis provision aligns with the London Bees performance strategy, FA Women’s Football standards, and the Club’s safeguarding and professional requirements, while contributing to a high-performance, player-centred environment.

Core Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Undertake Performance Analysis as guided by coaching staff.
  • Support staff in identifying and preparing information, data and imaging.
  • Creating and maintaining best practice libraries for individuals, units and team footage.
  • Manage and organise analysis platforms and the capturing, analysing and sharing of video & data for matchday and training.
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach in developing and improving the analysis provided across the club.
  • Partake in Continued Professional Development (CPD) and engage in self-learning to further knowledge and development.
  • Attend all fixtures as well as training sessions, team meetings, workshops, presentations and any other team events as required (where possible).
  • Uphold safeguarding, equality, and health & safety standards at all times, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
  • Ensure all facilities and property (kit, equipment etc.) is kept in good order and properly used, stored and maintained to avoid damage, destruction or loss due to negligence.
  • Abide by all Club policies and processes including, but not exclusive to, safeguarding, equality and health & safety.
  • Maintain high standards of work and act in a professional manner at all times whilst representing the Club.

Role Requirements

  • Degree in Performance Analysis or a related field (or currently studying).
  • First-hand experience in the use of industry standard analysis products (e.g. Hudl, Veo, etc.).
  • Previous analysis experience within football (desirable).
  • Football coaching qualifications (desirable).
