Colchester United is seeking a Lead Sports Scientist to develop and deliver the first team's sports science provision, aiming to optimise athletic performance for individuals and the squad while supporting long-term player development with a focus on development and availability.
You will coordinate the department, deliver assessments using GPS and force plates, design strength and conditioning programmes, plan pre-habilitation and on-pitch preparation, and work with medical and academy staff.
