Surrey County Cricket Club is seeking a Rehabilitation Strength and Conditioning Coach to lead evidence-based rehab for senior and academy players. You’ll assess, plan and deliver S&C programmes after injury or surgery in collaboration with physiotherapists and the S&M team.
You’ll work with ECB pathways, integrate rehab with performance goals, and support return-to-training and return-to-play decisions across squads.
