Leicestershire County Cricket Club is seeking an Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach to lead the programming and delivery of physical preparation for the Men's Academy. You will play a key role in developing the club's performance pathway.
You will oversee and deliver strength and conditioning sessions for the Men's Age Group squads within the player pathway and provide sports science support to help raise performance and consistency across the program.
