Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Communication – Proactively engage potential customers through targeted outreach, building interest and establishing initial connections
  • Relationship Development – Nurture client relationships, converting new inquiries into long-term partnerships
  • Business Development – Identify and secure new opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
  • Sourcing & Order Processing – Source raw materials, prepare accurate cost estimates, and manage order processing with attention to detail
  • Account Management – Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaboration – Work closely with commercial and production teams to ensure seamless delivery and service
  • Reporting – Provide regular updates, insights, and feedback to management to support strategic decision-making
