An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Operations Manager to join a growing industrial/manufacturing business with operations across the UK and USA. This role will work directly alongside the Operations Director, supporting operational performance, continuous improvement initiatives, and day-to-day leadership across both facilities. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, driving improvements, and leading from the front. This is a fully site-based position in Corby with significant international travel to the USA.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will take responsibility for driving operational execution, improving standards, and supporting leadership teams across both UK and USA sites. During the first 6-12 months, travel to the USA will typically involve 2-6 week assignments focused on training, alignment, and project delivery. Following successful onboarding, the role is expected to develop into an approximate 50/50 split between the UK and USA, with periods of 2-3 months spent in the USA at a time. Full accommodation is provided during USA assignments.
