We’re looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to focus on UK-based customers. This is a key role responsible for supporting existing accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and reactivating dormant clients. You’ll work closely with internal departments to deliver exceptional service and help drive business growth within the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of UK-based B2B clients within the plastics industry.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and email campaigns.
- Reconnect with lapsed or inactive accounts to reignite sales activity.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, opportunities, and performance in the CRM system.
- Generate regular sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
- Maintain a professional and responsive approach in all customer communications.
Requirements
- Experience in internal sales, account management, or customer service, ideally within distribution, plastics, or manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

What We Offer
- Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 (Depending on Experience)
