This is a hands-on Team Leader position, overseeing a team of approximately 6 operatives while remaining actively involved in the production process. The successful candidate will have a strong background in plastic injection moulding, setting and processing, with experience working on Arburg machines highly desirable. The main focus of the role is to lead and support the production team, ensuring injection moulding machinery is running efficiently, product quality is maintained, downtime is minimised and production targets are achieved.
