The Role

  • Reviewing customer specifications and casting plans
  • Supporting melt planning and production targets
  • Conducting microstructural testing and investigations
  • Managing and digitising metallurgical data
  • Assisting with audits, failure analysis, and corrective actions
  • Supporting process improvements and technical trials

About You

  • Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related discipline
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in manufacturing and continuous improvement
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Industrial or laboratory experience desirable, not essential
