The Role
- Reviewing customer specifications and casting plans
- Supporting melt planning and production targets
- Conducting microstructural testing and investigations
- Managing and digitising metallurgical data
- Assisting with audits, failure analysis, and corrective actions
- Supporting process improvements and technical trials
About You
- Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related discipline
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Interest in manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Industrial or laboratory experience desirable, not essential
