Overview
Commercial Representative (French Speaking)
Location: Witton, Birmingham
Working Hours: 08:30am – 4:30pm (Monday – Friday)
Salary: £33,000 – £37,000 per annum
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue daily quotations to customers, tracking progress and following up where required
- Review and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance and accurate data entry in SAP
- Maintain up-to-date quote and order registers, reporting regularly on performance metrics
- Liaise with planning and operations teams to confirm inventory, lead times and material availability
- Support the administration of product pricing agreements and company price lists across the UK and Europe
- Provide regular communication with customers via phone, Teams and email
- Assist with demand planning and product management activities in Excel
What We\’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales support/quoting role
- Strong IT skills (Excel and MS Office essential; SAP experience an advantage)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in French (essential). German language skills would be a bonus
