This role is key to ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initial enquiry through to completion. You will oversee technical, commercial, and scheduling aspects while driving cost-effective project execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process incoming project enquiries
  • Break down requirements into materials, labour, consumables, and tooling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce accurate quotations
  • Prepare cost estimates and calculate man-hours
  • Process client purchase orders and raise internal orders for materials/services
  • Monitor project budgets and track expenditure
  • Produce detailed work packages for production
  • Distribute project documentation across relevant departments
  • Liaise with QA and Production to ensure project timelines are met
  • Track, report, and record project milestones and performance
  • Follow up on quotations to gather client feedback
  • Prepare dispatch and invoicing documentation
  • Provide technical support throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Support the design and development of bespoke jigs
