This role is key to ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initial enquiry through to completion. You will oversee technical, commercial, and scheduling aspects while driving cost-effective project execution. The position suits someone with a solid engineering background and strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming project enquiries
- Break down requirements into materials, labour, consumables, and tooling
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce accurate quotations
- Prepare cost estimates and calculate man-hours
- Process client purchase orders and raise internal orders for materials/services
- Monitor project budgets and track expenditure
- Produce detailed work packages for production
- Distribute project documentation across relevant departments
- Liaise with QA and Production to ensure project timelines are met
- Track, report, and record project milestones and performance
- Follow up on quotations to gather client feedback
- Prepare dispatch and invoicing documentation
