We are looking for experienced CNC Turners and Millers with strong programming, setting and operating experience to join a fast-growing, profitable machining business. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled machinists looking to work with modern CNC machinery, competitive rates and a generous profit-share scheme.
You will be working with a range of modern Doosan CNC equipment with Fanuc controls, including:
- 2, 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC lathes
- 4 and 5-axis machining centres
- Modern machinery, with all major equipment less than five years old
Key Requirements
- Strong CNC programming experience
- CNC setting and operating experience
- Experience with CNC turning and/or milling
- Ability to work from engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of tooling and machining processes
- High standards of quality and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm
- Regular overtime available
Salary & Benefits
- £16–£20 per hour basic rate
- £40,000–£55,000 total earning potential, including overtime and bonus
- Profit share typically £2,000–£4,000 per year
- 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays
