An excellent opportunity is available for two CNC Engineers with a strong background in milling to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Blackburn.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with experience operating HAAS machinery who are looking to move into a permanent night shift position with competitive pay progression.
The Role- Operate and set CNC milling machines, primarily HAAS
- Manufacture components to specification from engineering drawings
- Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as required
- Maintain consistent quality and meet production targets
- Ensure a safe and organised working environment
- Initial training will be completed on day shift
- Permanent night shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am
- Up to £17.00 per hour on day shift during training and assessment
- Up to £22.10 per hour on night shift (subject to skills and experience)
- Proven experience in CNC milling
- Experience with HAAS machinery is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and reliably on night shifts
