An excellent opportunity is available for two CNC Engineers with a strong background in milling to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Blackburn.

This role is ideally suited to candidates with experience operating HAAS machinery who are looking to move into a permanent night shift position with competitive pay progression.

The Role
  • Operate and set CNC milling machines, primarily HAAS
  • Manufacture components to specification from engineering drawings
  • Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as required
  • Maintain consistent quality and meet production targets
  • Ensure a safe and organised working environment
Shift Pattern
  • Initial training will be completed on day shift
  • Permanent night shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am
Pay
  • Up to £17.00 per hour on day shift during training and assessment
  • Up to £22.10 per hour on night shift (subject to skills and experience)
About You
  • Proven experience in CNC milling
  • Experience with HAAS machinery is preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and reliably on night shifts
