Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Quality Specialist with a strong background in both Quality Assurance and Quality Control who is eager to progress into a more senior position once fully established in the role. The Role
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and implement corrective actions
- Oversee inspection processes and ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
- Support customer quality requirements and documentation
About You
- Solid experience across both Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Strong understanding of quality systems and compliance processes
- Experience within manufacturing is essential
- Aerospace industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of AS9100 would be advantageous
