We are searching for an Infrastructure Analyst, 3rd Line Support Engineer, VMWare Virtualisation Engineer who can demonstrate:
- Extensive Wintel Engineering experience – Windows Server, AD/GPo/Entra etc, Azure Cloud
- Expert level experience with VMWare vSphere management, deployment and hardening
- SAN storage expertise across a range of technologies such as (EMC, Broadcom, Commvault)
- Experience of backup and restore procedures within a virtualised infrastructure environment
- Reasonable capability with Powershell scripting for management and automation
- Exposure to HCI (Hyper Converged Infrastructure) tools such as VMWare vSAN, Dell VxRail, HPE SimpliVity, Cisco HyperFlex or Nutanix
DESIRABLE
- Experience and understanding of Cyber Security monitoring and response (infrastructure)
- Strong project delivery skills (SAN, VMWare); reactive BAU support experience
- Excellent communication skills able to engage with process driven departments such as InfoSec
Strong opportunity to work across a number of fields gaining valuable experience with emerging technologies; solid training and certification support experience offered by this firm within Microsoft AZ and SC level certifications.
