We are seeking an AWS Marketing Manager to support the development and own the execution of marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and generate demand for our AWS consulting services.
As our AWS Marketing Manager, you'll be part of a business unit that combines the stability and resources of an established global company with the energy and innovation of a cloud-first organisation. Reporting to the AWS Marketing Director, this role requires a proactive, innovative and hands‑on Marketing Manager with a focus on digital marketing to deliver measurable results aligned with business goals in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
To succeed in your application, you should have extensive experience in B2B marketing and a solid understanding of cloud services, preferably AWS. Additionally, a proven history of driving successful demand generation campaigns and collaborating with sales on events is key.

Location: Hybrid working – although much of the role can be undertaken remotely, candidates should live within a commutable distance to central London as there will be a requirement to attend our office weekly.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of multi‑channel marketing strategies to promote AWS cloud consulting services. Drive messaging and positioning to highlight the value of our AWS services, ensuring alignment with target audience needs, personas, and market trends.
- Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing: Manage initiatives leveraging personas to align messaging with audience pain points, ensuring maximum impact across digital, events, and other channels. Create and execute targeted lead generation campaigns that drive measurable outcomes and support sales pipeline growth.
- Sales Enablement & Partner Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to develop enablement tools and resources that support AWS offerings. Build relationships with AWS, ensuring alignment and support for joint marketing initiatives. Leverage AWS Partner Network (APN) programs and MDF to create high-impact campaigns that result in measurable results.
- Reporting & Optimisation: Analyse marketing performance, including campaign ROI and lead conversion, using data to refine strategies for better results. Present actionable insights and performance updates to stakeholders through comprehensive reporting.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Cloud Marketing Expertise: Proven experience managing cloud‑focused marketing initiatives, including MDF utilisation and campaign development.
- B2B Marketing Knowledge: At least 3+ years in a marketing role, with experience in multiple marketing disciplines such as campaigns, events and digital.
- Competent in the use of Martech tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to influence and motivate others.
- Effective interpersonal skills: articulate communication with the ability to build strong relationships effectively.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Strong skills in analysing marketing metrics and presenting actionable insights.
