Comserv are looking for a Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have not only their main trade as a Plumber but will also have proven experience undertaking a variety of jobs within a reactive maintenance environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Diagnose and carry out the right repairs within the customer’s specifications and scope of contract (quality, time and cost) on each and every job.
- Undertake all aspects of repairs/maintenance work (in line with your skills matrix) to the required quality standards.
- Assess the work requirements when you get to site.
- Diagnose and carry out the right repair(s), right first time.
Working Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
The ideal Plumber will be able to display the following:
- A full, clean driving licence.
- Previous plumbing experience working on social housing contracts or undertaking domestic repairs.
- Understanding of PPE/Health and Safety requirements.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise accordingly.
