As the Sales Manager for the European market, you will play a vital role in managing and developing our new and existing network of channel partners. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage new sales channel in driving performance, enhancing revenue, and delivering exceptional customer service. Working closely with our headquarters, you will be instrumental in executing strategic plans for the channel, aiming to achieve year-on-year sales growth, increased market penetration, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities Manage and develop our brands and Channel Partners to boost sales revenue. Collaborate with the South Korea HQ personnel to communicate and implement strategic plans for the channel. Establish goals and expectations, analyze channel performance, and provide strategic direction to optimize the channel, ensuring objectives and KPIs are met. Conduct regular meetings with all partners to accurately forecast pipeline opportunities. Handle all communications with partners, including product updates, pricing, conflict resolution, and relationship building. Enhance the performance of dealers through sales training, support, and effective deployment of collateral and sales materials. Coordinate and support Partner participation in sales and marketing events to promote our brands, products, and services. Identify and explore potential associations and organizations for recruiting new partners. Prospect, qualify, negotiate agreements, onboard, and cultivate relationships with new dealers. Provide weekly reports to management on channel performance, forecasts, and indirect channel activities. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in the golf industry and/or golf simulator technology. Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or direct experience coaching and managing 3rd-party partners, ensuring achievement of performance targets. Proven track record of increasing year-over-year indirect revenues and expanding the indirect channel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and customer-focused. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in any European language and proficiency in English. Korean language proficiency would be a plus but not required.
