  • Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales, in good standing
  • 5+ years of experience handling commercial contracts
  • Background at a top-tier law firm and/or as in-house counsel at a technology company
  • Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements
  • Experience advising on SaaS, cloud, data privacy, IP licensing, or AI-related matters is highly preferred
  • Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Professional liability (malpractice) insurance preferred
