- Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales, in good standing
- 5+ years of experience handling commercial contracts
- Background at a top-tier law firm and/or as in-house counsel at a technology company
- Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology agreements
- Experience advising on SaaS, cloud, data privacy, IP licensing, or AI-related matters is highly preferred
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines
- Professional liability (malpractice) insurance preferred
