Role Description
This is an after school clubs and holiday camp instructor role located in the London Area, United Kingdom, for an Instructor at ComputerXplorers. The Instructor will lead interactive and engaging computer and technology classes for children in schools and nurseries. Responsibilities include:
- Lesson planning and delivery of structured courses
- Managing class interactions
- Inspiring students’ interest in technology and coding
- Communicating with school staff, parents, and guardians regarding program updates and student progress
- Contributing to ensuring a fun and positive learning environment for children, fostering creativity and confidence
Qualifications
- Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring students, particularly in technology or education settings
- Proficiency in computer literacy, coding, or technical skills relevant to educational programming
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and educational staff
- Organizational and planning skills to deliver structured lessons and manage class schedules
- A passion for technology, education, and inspiring young learners
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team setting when required
- Prior experience in STEM education or a related field is an advantage
