Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external customer and certification audits.
- Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
- Develop inspection and test procedures.
- Support first article inspections (FAI) and customer documentation requirements.
- Analyse quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience with IPC/WHMA-A-620 or similar industry standards.
- Experience in using MRP systems such as SAGE, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Microsoft office package, Excel Advanced.
- Previous involvement in environmental or health & safety systems.
