Static Mechanical Building Services Engineer
Location: London, Canary Riverside
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Roles and Responsibilities:
Building Services Engineer to carry out PPM and Reactive activities to a large static site in London.
The applicant must have a good all-round knowledge and understanding of HVAC plant and mechanical related maintenance, including:
- Pressure testing, heating hot and cold water, HIU systems, pipework, pumps, flow control, general building services duties, large plant rooms, HVAC systems.
- Emergency repairs, fault finding, maintenance.
Requirements for the Role:
- Facilities maintenance: 2 years (required)
- Mechanical HVAC: 2 years (required)
- A full UK driving licence is essential plus clear DBS check.
- Commutable distance to Central London.
