What you will be doing
- Set up, operate, and monitor SMT equipment, including stencil printer, pick-and-place machine, and reflow oven. Load components, feeders, and PCBs to the SMT machine as per the job schedule.
- Inspect solder paste application, component placement, and solder joints (visually or using AOI systems).
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Carry out SMT and Through-hole rework when required

What you need
- Prior experience working with SMT machines and PCB assembly
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings, assembly instructions, PCB layout diagrams and bills of materials (BoM).
- Understanding of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, etc.) and the SMT packages (TSSOP, SOP, SOIC, SOT, etc.)
- Familiarity with surface mount component handling procedures.
- Experience with AOI inspection or reflow profiling (desirable)
