Role & Responsibilities: Manage New Product Development and sustainability projects by coordinating a multi-disciplined NPD team to deliver projects within specified timelines and budgets. Lead and manage projects involving electrical, software, and mechanical engineering disciplines to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and according to QMS requirements. Collaborate with technical leads to ensure project requirements are addressed. Create and maintain project plans, ensuring milestones are met. Chair project meetings and provide regular updates to R&D management and Group Leadership. Participate in project tasks such as Risk Analysis, Usability, and Specification when necessary to meet schedules. Contribute to resource planning and management as needed. Drive design transfer of new products into manufacturing. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Degree in an Engineering discipline. At least 3 years of industry experience managing projects.
