Production Team Leader – Poole, Dorset

£28,000 – £30,000, Monday – Thursday 6.00am – 6.00pm

Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong UK & international presence, they are looking for a Production Team Leader to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Work as a hands-on assistant team leader to lead and motivate a team of operators.
  2. Collaborate with managers and colleagues in the development and implementation of SHE policy and procedures.
  3. Ensure the plant is running at maximum efficiencies, maintaining target cycle times.
  4. Support managers, support functions and operational teams to identify and implement continuous improvement.
  5. Build effective relationships with manufacturing teams to always ensure excellent customer service.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  1. Proven experience within the manufacturing environment and in leadership roles.
  2. Proven experience of leading teams.

Benefits Package:

£28,000 – £30,000, Monday – Thursday 6.00am – 6.00pm. 25 days annual leave pro rata, Life assurance, Career and professional development, Onsite parking, Employee assistance programme, Cycle to work scheme, Employee discounts.
