Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong UK & international presence, they are looking for a Production Team Leader to join their team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Work as a hands-on assistant team leader to lead and motivate a team of operators.
- Collaborate with managers and colleagues in the development and implementation of SHE policy and procedures.
- Ensure the plant is running at maximum efficiencies, maintaining target cycle times.
- Support managers, support functions and operational teams to identify and implement continuous improvement.
- Build effective relationships with manufacturing teams to always ensure excellent customer service.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience within the manufacturing environment and in leadership roles.
- Proven experience of leading teams.
Benefits Package:
£28,000 – £30,000, Monday – Thursday 6.00am – 6.00pm. 25 days annual leave pro rata, Life assurance, Career and professional development, Onsite parking, Employee assistance programme, Cycle to work scheme, Employee discounts.
