A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be part of a successful international organisation. This company prides itself on its continuous development and improvement of the processes and production equipment. They are currently undertaking their next phase of recruitment and therefore require a production planner to support their well-balanced operations team working in a highly professional and regulated industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Creating a detailed production plan for each manufacturing area.
- Generate Works Orders in Sage and track their progress through the manufacturing process.
- Liaise with the Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse & Purchasing team.
- Document processes and create SOPs related to Production Control activities.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven experience in planning who can set up and run the processes.
- Background - Manufacturing, MOD, Assembly, Automotive, CNC or Fabrication.
- Proficient in Sage 200, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
