A specialist manufacturing business that supplies the FMCG market is looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician. The business has recently secured investment to help accelerate its growth and drive sustainable innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Run and maintain factory equipment and assembly processes, monitor and check the product quality, and document results.
• Achieve maximum effectiveness of machinery and equipment by minimizing downtime and supporting the effective operation of the PPM system.
• Ensure efficient production through maintenance of assets and assured technical capabilities.
• Perform equipment setup, operation, equipment adjustments, and minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Work on high-speed machinery, conveyors, motors, FMCG machinery, drives, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Multi-skilled maintenance background – can be electrical or mechanical bias.
• NVQ Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline is preferred.
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
