Our client is a leading manufacturer of low-volume bespoke products. Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in a new Mechanical Design Engineer. You will be working on a variety of projects which will go into many different industries.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Utilize Solidworks software for 3D Modelling
- Manage projects from conception to delivery
- Create BOMs, presentations and liaise with manufacturing
- Design for moving parts as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Design for fabrication using sheet metal
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 5 years + experience in mechanical design engineering
- Experience in heavier engineering environments
- Qualified to a degree level or HNC
- Have the right to work in the UK without limitation or restriction
