Responsibilities

  • Working face‐to‐face with the client network, providing support, training and advice on supplied equipment.
  • Involvement in design, construction and implementation of training.
  • Delivering and installing instruments to customer sites, including system integration and client training.
  • Responding to technical support calls, identifying areas of concern or improvement.
  • Supporting the sales team in demonstrations and other related activities.
  • Taking an involvement in the testing of new software and hardware.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a client‐facing environment.
  • Experience of working remotely and as part of a team.
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • Experience of clinical laboratory working practices is an advantage.
  • Able to work across different locations.
  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
