IT Support Engineer – Bristol (Hybrid) – £25,500 – £27,000 We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a leading professional services organisation during a period of growth. This role will involve assisting internal users on their IT issues, ranging across their Microsoft and Application suite. You\’ll be joining a talented IT Team, picking up the phone, emails and tickets, ensuring you are working to agreed SLAs. Working closely with team leaders and senior management ensuring tickets are escalated and resolved where needed. Researching and documenting solutions to problems on the companies knowledge base.
