Responsibilities- Working face‑to‑face with the client network, providing support, training and advice on supplied equipment.
- Involvement in design, construction and implementation of training.
- Delivering and installing instruments to customer sites, including system integration and client training.
- Responding to technical support calls, identifying areas of concern or improvement.
- Supporting the sales team in demonstrations and other related activities.
- Taking an involvement in the testing of new software and hardware.
- Ability to work in a client‑facing environment.
- Experience of working remotely and as part of a team.
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Experience of clinical laboratory working practices is an advantage.
- Able to work across different locations.
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
