Overview

Extrusion Operator – Middlewich. 4 on 4 off (days & nights), 7-7. Salary grading based on skillset and experience. Pension, holidays, overtime, and training opportunities available. This is a new role following business expansion with a chance to join a growing manufacturing team.

New roles following expansion.

Role Description

  • Maintain production of extrusion lines, supporting Lead Operator
  • Follow all H&S and hygiene rules
  • Process raw materials, de-bagging and follow customer specifications
  • Remove finished product, palletise and package accordingly
  • Remove waste product and manage correctly
  • Record production and seek ways to improve/streamline processes
  • Assist with machine deep cleans

Skills and Qualifications

  • Manufacturing experience is highly desired
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Follow H&S procedures
  • Experience working to set KPIs
  • Experience logging and managing production data
  • Willingness to improve and develop
