Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 15+ engineers and support staff
  • Oversee maintenance contracts, commissioning projects, and service delivery
  • Full P&L responsibility, driving revenue and operational efficiency

  • Contribute to strategic decisions as part of the senior management team

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing service/commissioning teams (10+ engineers) is essential
  • Strong BEMS technical knowledge and experience is essential
