Business Development Executive

Up to £33k salary plus uncapped OTE

Plus car allowance and fuel allowance

Potential to double salary

East Midlands based with one day in the office per week in Nottingham

(Lincoln, Coventry, Leicestershire, Nuneaton, Hinckley and surrounds)

I am working on an exciting business development executive role for a Media corporation.

There is an element of account management within the role, but predominantly new business.

The company has a turnover in excess of £2bn, and there are unlimited opportunities to sell media solutions to companies within your local area. There is a lot of autonomy within the role.

You will be selling various solutions including website content, social media campaigns, videos, events, branded content, radio advertising, digital solutions, and more.

You should have some sales experience, and ideally you should understand the business-to-business sales lifecycle. You should be someone that can challenge barriers and think of clever ways of overcoming these, with a creative problem-solving approach and a resilient nature.

You will need to have a full UK driver\’s license in order to be considered for this position due to the nature of the role requiring client visits.

Role responsibilities:

  1. Winning new clients, growing revenue
  2. Stakeholder Management
  3. Scheduling and attending meetings with prospective and existing clients.
  4. Delivering presentations
  5. Multichannel approach to sales – Face to face, Phone calls, Online
  6. Hitting your targeted KPI\’s

Experience:

  1. B2B sales experience is preferred.
  2. They are open to experience from different environments and backgrounds.
  3. Strong Communication
  4. Experience working with MS Office, and ideally CMS systems such as Salesforce or similar
