The Role
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide fabrication work.
- Accurately measure and cut steel and aluminum materials to required dimensions.
- Carry out MIG and TIG welding across a range of projects, including balconies, balustrades, staircases, and custom architectural fabrications.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to daily tasks, prioritizing work effectively to meet production deadlines.
The Candidate
- Ideally apprentice trained or got a Level 3 BTEC in a welding discipline.
- Experience with both MIG and TIG welding ideally, MIG more important.
- Able to read engineering/fabrication drawings.
- 3+ years experience in similar role.
