The Role

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to guide fabrication work.
  • Accurately measure and cut steel and aluminum materials to required dimensions.
  • Carry out MIG and TIG welding across a range of projects, including balconies, balustrades, staircases, and custom architectural fabrications.
  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to daily tasks, prioritizing work effectively to meet production deadlines.

The Candidate

  • Ideally apprentice trained or got a Level 3 BTEC in a welding discipline.
  • Experience with both MIG and TIG welding ideally, MIG more important.
  • Able to read engineering/fabrication drawings.
  • 3+ years experience in similar role.
