You will lead end-to-end product development programmes from concept and feasibility through design, validation, and transition into manufacturing, taking ownership of planning, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure key milestones and business objectives are met. Working closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, operations, and commercial functions, you will drive alignment, support decision-making, and keep projects on track in fast-paced, technically challenging environments, ensuring delivery meets relevant standards with robust risk management and documentation throughout.

Person Requirements:

  • Experience in regulated industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical etc.
  • Strong project or programme management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement
  • Proven track record delivering projects
