We are looking for a proactive leader to manage and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence processes, lead change, and make a real impact on operational performance.
Responsible for managing and maintaining the site's quality processes to meet BRC, customer, and internal standards. Ensure all documents, policies, and procedures are controlled, fit for purpose, and fully traceable. Drive compliance, continuous improvement, and effective action tracking across all functions. Create a culture based around quality.
What You'll Do:
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality and compliance.
- Lead food safety and risk management systems (HACCP, VACCP, TACCP) ensuring full compliance and traceability.
- Oversee supplier approval and ensure alignment with industry and customer standards.
- Drive complaint reduction and improve food safety culture through data insights and communication.
- Develop and maintain document control and internal audit processes.
- Deliver training and awareness programs to embed a strong quality culture.
- Monitor key quality metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of QMS, HACCP, and industry standards (e.g., BRC).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and lead change across multiple functions.
- Experience in quality systems management within food manufacturing or similar regulated environments.
