Work closely with customers, suppliers, and project teams to resolve issues and support compliant product release.
  • Senior Quality Engineer: Own quality delivery across NPI and major programmes, ensuring right-first-time outcomes in a regulated, safety-critical environment. Lead APQP execution end-to-end, driving cross-functional teams through gated milestones to volume production. Act as the quality authority within project teams, providing clear direction, challenge, and decision-making. Take full accountability for PPAP readiness and customer approval, ensuring robust evidence and compliance. Lead complex non-conformance resolution, setting containment strategy and ensuring long-term prevention. Provide oversight of special processes, launch readiness, and supply chain capability. Safeguard accreditation, nuclear safety, and regulatory compliance through disciplined quality leadership.

Strong background in auditing, non-conformance leadership, and corrective action governance. Deep experience managing traceability, Lifetime Records, material certification, and CFSI controls. Demonstrated success in nuclear, pressure equipment, defence, aerospace, or similar regulated sectors, with clear safety-culture awareness.
