We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join an award-winning business experiencing an exciting period of growth. You will lead end-to-end product development projects from concept and feasibility through design, validation, and transition into manufacturing, taking ownership of planning, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure key milestones and business objectives are met.

Working closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, operations, and commercial functions, you will drive alignment, support decision-making, and keep projects on track in fast-paced, technically challenging environments, ensuring delivery meets relevant standards with robust risk management and documentation throughout.

You will have an electronic, electrical, or software background, either through your academic qualifications or previous experience managing projects in this area, with experience in regulated industries such as automotive or aerospace. You will bring strong project management skills and the confidence to engage stakeholders and drive projects to successful outcomes.
