About the Role
Our client is a leading manufacturer committed to producing products of exceptional quality. With a strong order book and plans for growth and expansion, they are seeking a Process Manager to join their close-knit team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and defining process functions and contributing to strategic planning across the site.
- Leading, developing, and participating in projects related to process and product development.
- Coordinating new product introduction and development.
- Managing the process engineering team to ensure effective product delivery.
- Liaising with internal departments to meet validation requirements.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma tools.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
- Experience managing a process engineering team, including developing succession plans, conducting appraisals, and handling disciplinaries and grievances.
