About the Role

Our client is a leading manufacturer committed to producing products of exceptional quality. With a strong order book and plans for growth and expansion, they are seeking a Process Manager to join their close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and defining process functions and contributing to strategic planning across the site.
  • Leading, developing, and participating in projects related to process and product development.
  • Coordinating new product introduction and development.
  • Managing the process engineering team to ensure effective product delivery.
  • Liaising with internal departments to meet validation requirements.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma tools.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
  • Experience managing a process engineering team, including developing succession plans, conducting appraisals, and handling disciplinaries and grievances.
