About the role
Our client is a leading company in their sector and are investing heavily into research, development and introduction of new products! They are currently recruiting for a Process Engineer to assist with R&D and continuous improvement projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Producing Process documents and operating instructions
- Implementing new processes
- Overseeing continuous improvement opportunities on existing processes and workflows
- Creating and introducing testing and validation methods
- Risk Assessments
- Liaising with production, design, manufacturing and R&D to oversee NPI
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience creating Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Understanding of H&S regulations
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Project management experience (Desirable)
- CAD knowledge (Desirable)
- Lean Manufacturing techniques
