You’ll receive structured support to develop your reactive and proactive engineering skills on a 24/7 production site, helping to minimise downtime and contribute to continuous improvement. Role Description- Electrical and mechanical PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance
- Working as part of a skilled engineering team
- Reporting into the Maintenance Manager
- Maintenance on fast‑paced production lines in a high‑volume environment
- Supporting kaizen and continuous improvement projects
- Assisting with machine installations
- Extensive internal and external training and development opportunities
- Adhering to Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Time‑served apprenticeship in a general engineering discipline (mechanical or electrical)
- Basic fault‑finding ability with a willingness to develop further
- Motivated to work in a team environment with strong training and development support
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and core engineering principles
- A drive to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
