My client based near Henlow is currently recruiting for a manager to come into the electronics team to assist with the smooth production of electronic equipment and components. The ideal candidate will be experienced in electronics manufacturing, and have experience leading a team. The right person will have significant opportunities to develop their skills, and continue progressing with the company.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage a team of inspectors, assemblers and operators
- Set and manage daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Participate in management meetings to discuss improvement opportunities and planning
- Maintain a hands-on approach to leadership
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of electronics manufacturing/production
- Proven experience in a leadership role (supervision, management, team lead)
- A drive to improve, grow and develop the business alongside yourself
