A great opportunity for a senior engineer or team lead to step into a role which will assist on projects, planning, budgets, orders, contractors and problem solving across the engineering team.

  • Maintain and repair processing and production equipment
  • Take control of inventory, spares, suppliers etc
  • Man-manage an engineering team: train others, create development plans, manage holidays, appraisals and disciplinaries
  • Get involved in project works- Planning, machinery installation and modification and asset care
  • Ensure H&S, Audits and Contractors are legal and compliant

What We're Looking For

  • A multiskilled engineer- either electrically or mechanically biased
  • Experience in a leadership/ supervisory role
  • A background in food manufacturing and knowledge of the standards
  • A recognized engineering qualification
