Role & Responsibilities
- Lead site-wide Lean strategy, driving cultural change and High-Performing Teams (HPT) across all functions
- Deliver measurable business improvements through Lean Six Sigma projects, cost-saving initiatives, and process optimisation
- Coach, mentor and develop Green Belts and problem-solving capability (Kaizen, A3, DMAIC) across the organisation
- Oversee strategy deployment, business continuity planning and risk management activities
- Analyse and improve complex business processes, ensuring sustainable, repeatable operational performance
Requirements
- Lean Six Sigma Belt required; Black Belt strongly preferred
- Proven track record delivering improvements and automation projects within manufacturing
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
