Role & Responsibilities:- Analyse how work happens across the business and identify improvements
- Streamline processes by removing duplication, waste, and manual steps
- Implement practical changes, with or without technology
- Build integrations, tools, and AI solutions to automate workflows
- Own and maintain solutions, tracking impact and efficiency gains
- Previous experience in a business systems analyst role
