The Role

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
• Verify invoice approvals through three‑way matching and approval workflows.
• Maintain ledger accuracy.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Process BACS and SEPA payments, including urgent ad‑hoc payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and statement processing.
• Maintain supplier records and set up new accounts in the ERP system.
• Respond to supplier and internal queries via phone and email.

• Excellent communication skills, liaising with all other departments throughout the company and at all levels.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a larger team.
• Motivated and well organised.
• Excellent attention to detail while maintaining a flexible approach.
• Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
