As part of our Treasury team, you\’ll help manage over 13,000 bank accounts across EMEA, ensuring the smooth flow of funds for both client and corporate needs. You\’ll gain hands-on experience in cash management, liquidity planning, FX, interest rate strategy, and corporate debt—all while contributing to regulatory reporting and financial decision-making.

Key accountabilities:

1. Execute and manage payment releases across various transaction types
2. Support settlements for treasury investment activities (MMF, FX)
3. Reconcile treasury transactions using our Treasury Management System and accounting platforms
4. Calculate and process interest earned by clients on their investments
5. Resolve payment issues and manage exceptions, including cheque stoppages
6. Produce fund flow analysis and treasury reporting
7. Recommend process improvements and contribute to ad hoc treasury projects
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions
9. Stay current with regulatory training and market developments

To thrive in this position, you\’ll ideally hold a degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or have prior experience working within a treasury environment, along with a solid understanding of the associated regulatory landscape.

While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be advantageous: Holding a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or being a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Familiarity with treasury systems and automation tools will support your success, as will a sound understanding of the financial services industry.
